This part of my web site includes many things both Ends & Odds that I have found while traveling online beyond the art section. I have thousands of sites in my files but tried to select a wide variety of things to give you an idea of how much is out here in cyber land. Who knows for how long this realm will remain free and how much might be taken from us. I believe knowledge is power and the Internet certainly is a place to gain knowledge.

I truly believe the Internet is one of the most incredible tools ever given to the average person. Though I spend hundreds of hours researching on subjects of importance to me; I also just take a break now and then and go web surfing to see what I might turn up next. It is a newly created frontier that is like all those before that went into unexplored lands and left people amazed by what they found. Here are some of the more interesting things I've found. Take an online tour of one of the many incredible museums around the world. This site offers the viewer the opportunity to use their computer to visit some of the world's most sought out collections. While nothing takes the place of actually visiting these sites in person; most people will never have the time or money to do so.

This site is just a great link page which has listings of many strange sites on the Internet (no porn). They have links where you can perform a virtual dissection of a frog to a random excuse generator. I found a lot of sites that normally would be missed if not for going here.

I found this very interesting and wanted to include it here to show an example of how technology and business can be very clever and creative. I respect a place that can make me think even if the answers are already programmed in.

Ye Olde English Sayings

Being a flower child of the sixties and believing that was a special time in the history of the world - this site has special meaning for me. I do not advocate taking LSD or other hallucinagins but I have to admit that at the time they were quite incredible. This site is just a visual throwback to a time in my life that formed some of who I am today. I just like the visual collection of material and find it interesting. I wish they wouldn't have banned the original from the Internet. What happened to free speech?

I have lived in the nuclear age for 53 years and the thoughts of mass extinction through nuclear warfare still haunt me. This site gives you a background on the weapons that many countries have which can turn our planet into ashes. I put it here because it also shows the nuclear blast damage for any given place on the planet. This will sober up those who rush to start wars and hopefully make anyone who looks at this really pray for peace.

This site tells you how stuff works. It is not just a science classroom but rather a unique collection of explanation on the way things work. I found it quite interesting and go back to it often to see what new things are listed.

This site describes itself as the underbelly of the Internet. They say they collect information and images to disturb the viewers and give them an unpleasant experience. This site is interesting to me I suppose because it connects to my darker side. If you are easily offended or dislike images of death or other such violent things then you should not go here. rotten.com:

There was an episode of the X-Files in which a box of incredible artifacts that would startle the scientific world were placed on a shelf in a warehouse of incredible size with several floors alongside thousands of similar boxes. To even get to the inner sanctum one would have to have the highest security classification because this place was at the inner rings of the Pentagon. This is one of the most interesting sites that explores the imagination of what might exist there. I find this one of the most facinating sites online. Though it is purely imagination there are some really interesting submissions here. Some of this was originally designed to be for a role playing game. Go to the link that says open random box and make sure not to miss the link for the dumspter and other floors.

This is a precious site in many ways. I want it to not only reflect the great price that so many have paid for America's freedom but to remind us of the horror and loss in wars. This is the Internet's largest military veteran family listing from the Revolutionary war to the present with over 37 million listings. Very different and thought provoking or maybe I am just too far gone to know the difference.

I am not even going to venture telling you my dreams but I will say that dreams are quite impressive to me. I have studied in some depth the psychology of dreams and believe they are quite a mystical part of our human experience. This site is by far not the final place or best to locate theories on dreams. This site is however a wonderful place to start to look at them and realized their place in our lives. A dream journal is something everyone who dares to discover more about themselves should begin to keep.

I have no way to describe this site except to say that you gotta see this. There is too much to even begin to condense so I will just say that there are some truly incredible graphics and other digital things here that hold my attention for way too long. Above all make sure to take the tours and jump around on their links.

Although my opinion will vary greatly from yours I hope that you find the majority of these sites at least worth the mouse click to access them. Most of these sites are meant for adults with open minds, however few of them are adult-only. You should be able you pick out the objectionable sites using judgement gained from the description of the site and the link to which it points. I couldn't leave the list without adding my favorite and most frequently visited alternative news reference site. I have a serious distaste for mainstream media and their global partnership with the political status quo. This site is one that I subscribe to and find many things that sound impossible at first and then at some point in time as if almost like prophecy - the events they predict do happen or are exposed. I enjoy Mikes boldness in speaking the truth and even though there have been death threats on him, he still speaks out. That is what our U.S. Constitution guarantees. I have written my newsletter using many references from Mike and this site. Please challenge the darkness and visit this site.
